Located in the city center, adjacent to the Washington State Convention Center, the 8th and Howell Hyatt hotel is set to be one of the largest hotels in the Northwest, encompassing an entire city block. Demarcating the edge of the Olive/Howell Triangle, the hotel will offer ground level retail, meeting and conference space and luxury hotel rooms. The monolithic block shape of the building floats over the street seemingly lifted by walls of tall glass, providing welcoming exterior public spaces that visually blend with the naturally lit interior spaces.
