This study compared the Sustainable Sites Initiative and The Living Building Challenge.
This study compared the Sustainable Sites Initiative and The Living Building Challenge. Through interviews with leading authors and steering committee members of both rating systems we learned that while the intentions and underlying tenets are similar, their methodologies differ. The report lists the prerequisites and credits of the two rating systems side by side through the exploration of nine components grouped by ecological resources, human experience, and treading lightly.
