Surrey Downs Park in Bellevue hosted its grand opening with hot dogs and sunshine. Families and friends picnicked on the grass or under the shade of the picnic shelters, kids enjoyed the new play equipment and played ball in the generous open spaces, while people of all ages strolled the gentle hills or rode bikes or scooters along the loop path.
