A semi-retirement party was held for Steve Shea, who has held the title of Managing Partner for over a decade and 41 years with the firm. During the evening dinner party, he was presented with a genuine gold “Bolex” watch, always set to 5 p.m., after a fun roasting by Greg Brower, the new Managing Partner. Steve helped build the firm from a staff of two to one of the region’s most respected landscape architecture practices. His highly collaborative work ethic, inside and outside the office, and thoughtful design approach shape the culture of the firm today. He has happily transitioned into a part-time position, which allows for plenty of time for golfing and long-awaited home improvement projects. While in the office, he serves as an advisor to the management team and is assisting with the Lincoln Square project in Bellevue.
