Trinity Condominiums
Seattle, WA
Design of this condominium tower and site is shaped in response to the historic Trinity Parish Church, with which it shares its site. The streetscape is enhanced with new paving, including a curb bulb, plantings, stormwater planters, benches, and community tables. The podium engages the neighborhood with a welcoming residential lobby, coffee shop, and art gallery, providing both the physical qualities and desired street vibrancy envisioned in the First Hill Public Realm Action Plan (PRAP). The signature open space of the project is a revitalized Memorial Garden, with its materials, character, and paving extending the experience of the garden out into the streetscape and right-of-way space while welcoming the community into the site.
