Our scope of work included consultation specifically related to green roof elements as well as support with LEED documentation atop a 39-story condominium tower and retail podium located at Olive and 8th Avenue in downtown Seattle. Our team consulted extensively with the owner, design team, contractor and vendors on a host of issues to ensure plant palette, wind uplift, structural and detailing issues were taken into consideration in this highly visible downtown location.
